Examples of the Oedipus Complex in Hamlet:
Hamlet exhibits examples of Oedipus Complex when he is outraged about his uncle, Claudius marrying his mother after his fathers death.
"Seems," madam? Nah it is, I know not "seems." 'Tis not alone my inky cloak, good mother, Nor customary suits of solemn black, nor windy suspiration of forced breath, no nor the fruitful river in the eye, Nor the dejected haviour of the visage, together with all forms, methods, shape of grief, that can denote me truly; these indeed seem, for they are actions that a man might play, but I have that within which passes show, these but the trappings and the suits of woe." (1.2.76-86).
Here the reader see's Hamlet's directing most of his anger towards Claudius for marrying his mother Gertrude. Hamlet makes it an example of the Oedipus Complex. We see how Hamlet talks about his mother almost as if he is a jealous ex-lover to Gertrude, clearly demonstrating he is in love with her in more than just family relation love.

With this strong example of the Oedipus Complex where Hamlet is angered, almost jealous that his mother had remarried Claudius the question left wondering is did Shakespeare intentionally place this example of the Oedipus Complex in Hamlet or was it just because it is in human beings nature to have the psychosexual development causing Shakespeare to write about it. In other words this play could be himself trying to live out his own fantasy between his mother, father and himself.
